• Schedule and dispatch a technician for your repair or diagnostic

• Reply to questions you send through our chat, contact, or open-box inquiry forms

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We keep booking and service records for as long as needed to provide warranty support (typically 3 years). Payment information is never stored on our servers. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in encrypted databases.

• Ask us to delete your information (subject to our warranty and legal obligations)
